1995: THE JOURNEY BEGINS

Mr. M. M. Kanchwala passed out from the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He instantly joined Wadhwa Group (Navi Mumbai) in the Real Estate industry with a single goal of becoming a REALTOR. There, he devoted two years of his life to sharpen his skills in order to prepare for the big leap.

1998: THE DREAM BEGINS

With his skill, belief and relentless vigor; Mr. M. M. Kanchwala, set out as a developer in the Real Estate Lobby. It began with two, he and Mrs. Rehana Kanchwala (his wife), established the company called Supreme Homes. The journey was marked with its first project, Harijan Vijay. A residential project of 86 apartments in his locality (Chembur, Mumbai). As the years went by, the local boy grew in his neighborhood, making condominiums in his locality called Krishiv Enclave and Krishiv Villa.

2003: SUPREME GROUP IS NOW SUPREME PARIVAAR

With no sign of tiring, it was time for the local boy to explore the city. The young boys did not look back and started taking on numerous projects in Bandra, Kandivali, Oshiwara and Charkop.

Defying Expectations, Supreme Parivaar believed and found its strength in Numbers. The team started growing exponentially to form the Parivaar (one family).

2007: THE LEAP

Eyeing the sky as the limit, our family took a giant leap and entered the real estate lobby of Navi Mumbai. The Launch of Hexblox, a project comprising of six towers each of 17 stories high. It was the largest scale of work we had come across. The only fitting way to achieve this task – Strength in Numbers. The project was successfully developed and delivered in 2011.

2012: “LIMITED” IS A STATE OF MIND

Clan City, a 4 million square feet of construction area township planning scheme comprising of multiple phases. Today Phase ONE, comprising of 9 towers of 38 stories each, is near completion and we are set to launch Phase TWO, Central Park Avenue, in 2022. This was the largest scale of work the locality had witnessed and after passing multiple hurdles, the team had now grown to an organization.

As years progressed, the numbers grew, and the Clan started taking a corporate makeover. An organization that was now ready to create an international impression on the world. We were now working with various international professionals including NORR Architects, Engineers Planners (U. K.), ECADI (China), HBA Studio (Singapore), LDPI (U. K.). Simultaneously Supreme Parivaar started acquiring larger land parcels in and around the city, to fulfill their vision of outgrowing themselves each year.

2014: WE HAVE TO GIVE BACK TO THE SOCIETY – ONEKONDRA

We can reach higher only when our roots go deeper, this was the first step towards diversification for our portfolio and towards our vision of growth. OneKondra took the task to develop 23 villages in Siddhartnagar District of Uttar Pradesh (India). OneKondra developed schools, public washrooms, sports facilities and public health centers in an attempt to serve the society.

2015: CLAN + YOU

We have finally defined our past, present and future. Supreme Parivaar was now a Clan, as the numbers grew – so did the strength. +You expresses our unlimited vigor to keep the ship cruising as we invite one and all to join our CLAN. The moto was to create a platform for the next generation who would take ahead this evergreen legacy. Clan works today in its private 13 story office we call CLANHOUSE, with professionals from all fields. The Group currently employs over 100 associates and provides site-based employment to over 2,000 workers. And going beyond its role as a premier real estate developer, the Group has been a socially responsible corporate, focusing on education and employment as the best medium to enrich society. Beyond the business domain, CLAN actively contributes to various social causes under the banner of its CSR wing, “CLAN Foundation”. The foundation regularly undertakes initiatives aimed at social, welfare and economic development of the deserving sections in society.

2017: SPREADING THE WINGS

Clan today runs its multiple township projects in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

2020: ARK

It is time to go big! With multiple projects in the pipeline and the existing projects approaching completion Clan +You is now going global as ARK.
